Bank Ratings :: Absa Internet Banking Absa Internet Banking: A Review Of the Different Absa Banking Accounts
Absa Internet
Banking is
something you are probably familiar with, as more and more people are
using
them for their online banking needs. What kinds of accounts do they
offer? Any
kind you want. Starting off with savings accounts, they offer five
different
kinds. I covered the first one in a previous article, so the next one
is the
Mega U, which is only designed for those under 18. With this
plan, you get a free debit
card, from which you can buy things at any time and any location (at
least any
one that accepts credit cards) and you get your choice from six
different
designs on your card, and any time you use them, money is automatically
withdrawn from your bank account, so you don’t have to worry
about a monthly
bill looming at the end of the month from which you have to pay. Therefore,
just make sure you have
sufficient funds in your Absa internet banking account before using the
debit
card, and you are all set. You just need $10 to open this account,
along with
the usual ID and other documents, and you will be able to open it up
very
quickly. The absa club
is the next kind of
savings account you might consider for Absa internet banking, and this
is
designed specifically for groups, whether it be clubs, or any group of
people
striving to accomplish the same thing. You
wouldn’t get this for just
yourself. The benefits with this account is that you just need $50 to
start it,
and as long as you keep the balance above this amount, your account
will remain
open. You can easily place money in there from a simple direct deposit
(which I
highly recommend) or the usual route, checks or cash. The longer
you save, again, the more
higher your interest rate will be. Like the Target Save 2008 account
(which is
for just one person) this account rewards those who save for the long
term.
Again, as I’ve stated before, I really don’t
recommend you keep your money in
here for very long, only because there are so many other ways to get a
higher
return on investment than stuffing your money in a bank account.
